ZOMG!!!!!1!!11!!!!
*insert long rant about nerf here*

/sarcasm off

The buffed one makes them a little bit more interesting and the nerf is nothing to cry about.
Wont in any way change my play style.

I can't see the nerf to crip shot being anything significant, but then again, why? What great imbalance was Izzy fixing there?

Random cripshot spam? I realize it's elite, but still, a cripple that can be auto covered and shot over a long distance, at that recharge time? 2 seconds is still a little spamming, but It's better now, Imo.

I already had Pin Down on my bar to give me a snare to go with BHA in my build, so I was happy to see that buff. (and it's noticable, but not overwhelming) Cripshots change doesn't matter to me because I didn't spam it.

The one that puzzles me is Hunter's Shot....the same activation changes they did to some ranger skills a few weeks back was confusing to me too for the same reason..... I can't tell if they buffed it or not, I never noticed acivation time on those before (of course never really used hunters very much)....so before the change this skill used to actually be worse? (wow)

The fastest bows have attack speeds of 2 seconds - all these 1 second activation attacks basically fire twice as fast as a normal shot, for what it's worth. Easier to peg people with bleeding now with Hunter's, I guess.

Reckon we came through that update rather well,
2 buffs and a minor nerf, not bad

ah, I think I see...

Bow Attacks that don't show an activation are really 2 second activations. So now Hunters shot might be cool for all rangers looking for a cheap but effective attack, instead of just level 7 rangers that don't have better skills to choose from. Now it's just too bad that Hunter's isn't a more sure way to get bleeding when there are plenty of ways to get bleeding easier. (MM w/ Jagged Bones or Shambling Horrors for instance)

Looking at the "big picture" with this skill update, Degen and conditions are going to be even more prominent than before...be interesting to see how it all plays out in the next few weeks.

I guess the buff to Hunter's is to reflect its functionality, it needed to fire faster as it needs to hit a moving target to make them bleed, and thats a lot easier with a faster fire rate.

Looks like the meta will be shifting to pressure again
Though I'm liking the hunter's shot buff, always liked the skill.

hunter's shot was a staple on my AB cripshot bar, before sloth hunter's shot and its haha-i-headshotted-ur-face action came along.

the faster activation really doesn't help it that much. after all, it's quite rare to find a target that's standing still.

wonder what they would do, I bet they would pause for a moment out of shock.

The 2 second adjustment to cripshot doesn't seem to do much except preventing spam-happy fools from hitting every target within range. It's still ridiculously powerful.

Don't care much about hunter's.

Pindown I actually find interesting. An 8 second recharge makes this skill worth trying out. I've been using this in AB recently and have found it pretty useful. I might keep it as a staple.

It's IAS in another form. Quickshot was my favorite for a long time, as following every arrow with a second almost immediately made for rapid sustained attacks without too much drawback. Not as FAST as savage or punishing, but near spam anyway. They killed quickshot by having penetrating and sundering both on 1 second timers (along with + damage). An echoed hunter's shot mat be pretty cheap, fast and fun. These work best with + damage from preps/conjures etc. I can see someone rolling their hand now with all the time activated skills - sloth->hunter's->echo hunter->power->sunder->penetrating->needling->hunter's->echo hunter's... (assuming the energy pool and expertise )

Gaile said Hunter's was buffed to make it comparable to Screaming Shot.

Cripshot nerf = meh

Pin Down Buff = *hobble hobble hobble* very fun in AB.
